RECRUITMENT EVENTS
We will be hosting Recruitment events this fall following Primary Recruitment in September 2020. Please contact our VP of Recruitment, Amberly Parker, at recruitment.pax@gmail.com or (402) 910-5993 with questions.
The dates of our primary recruitment events are as follows:
Sunday September 6th: 7:00-8:00pm
Tuesday September 8th: 7:00-8:00pm
Wednesday September 9th: 7:00-8:00pm
Thursday September 10th: 7:00-8:00pm
*All recruitment events will take place at the UNL Newman Center. (320 N 16th St. Lincoln, NE 68508)
*All women interested in joining Pi Alpha Chi are asked to attend at least 1 recruitment event, but are encouraged to attend more than 1 event.
*We ask that you please WEAR A MASK, as COVID-19 precautions will be enforced.
*Please fill out the interest form below.
*Snacks and drinks may be provided.

*There will be a virtual option available for those who are not comfortable with in-person contact. Please sign up below if you are going to be needing a virtual option and we will send you a link.
PRIMARY RECRUITMENT
Primary Recruitment begins in August 2020. It is a five day event, but Pi Alpha Chi only participates in the first two days and holds more events during the weeks following Primary Sorority Recruitment. Our Genesis Day, or bid day, is thus the Saturday after our recruitment events have concluded. This symbolizes the start of our new members' journeys with Pi Alpha Chi! We encourage all women seeking membership in Greek life to participate in Primary Recruitment and find which house is best suited for them, but ladies who submit final preferences on (Preference Day) of Primary Recruitment will not be eligible for membership with Pi Alpha Chi until the following year.

New Member Education Program
All new members go through our new member education program throughout the semester before they can be initiated. These classes are a way for our new members to learn more about Pi Alpha Chi and see all that our sisterhood has to offer. Our Vice President of New Member Education, Katelyn Pick, will be leading these with the help of our New Member Education Assistant, Maggie Gorman. These required classes will take place on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. every week.
